Conferência Temática e 3.ª Assembleia Geral do projeto CoVE – SHOREWINNER na Grécia

Nos dias 11 e 12 de maio decorreram, no Mediterranean Hotel, em Rodes, Grécia, dois eventos realizados em formato híbrido, que reuniu participantes em regime presencial e online, integrados no projeto Erasmus+ SHOREWINNER e organizados pela Universidade do Egeu (UAEGEAN), nos quais a EPATV marcou presença, conforme previsto em candidatura.

O primeiro dia foi dedicado à conferência temática “Shaping the Offshore Renewable Energy Skills Ecosystem: Insights, Curricula and Impact”, centrada no desenvolvimento de competências para o setor das energias renováveis offshore. Organizada em três sessões temáticas compostas por diferentes painéis de discussão, a conferência abordou temas como as necessidades de qualificação no setor offshore, as oportunidades de carreira, os currículos de formação profissional, as estratégias de requalificação e atualização de competências, o papel dos Centros de Excelência Profissional (CoVEs) na preparação de profissionais para os desafios futuros da indústria, bem como questões relacionadas com microcredenciais, mobilidade internacional, bem-estar dos trabalhadores em contexto offshore e cultura de segurança no setor.

O dia 12 foi dedicado exclusivamente à parceria, no âmbito da 3.ª Assembleia Geral do projeto, durante a qual o consórcio foi atualizado sobre o progresso das atividades desenvolvidas até ao momento e discutiu as próximas etapas a implementar. Neste contexto, a coordenadora do projeto, Teresa Nogueira, bem como os restantes líderes e co-líderes dos diferentes pacotes de trabalho, apresentaram os resultados alcançados ao longo dos últimos dois anos e os principais desenvolvimentos previstos para a fase seguinte. Entre as próximas ações destacam-se a implementação dos currículos de formação e a dinamização de mobilidades destinadas a aprendentes, formadores e profissionais, no campo de ação dos diferentes pacotes de trabalho.

O evento constituiu uma importante oportunidade de partilha de experiências e boas práticas entre parceiros europeus, especialistas da indústria e instituições de ensino e formação profissional, promoveu o debate em torno dos desafios e necessidades futuras do setor das energias renováveis offshore e reforçou os laços de cooperação do consórcio SHOREWINNER para as próximas fases cruciais do projeto.

Thematic Conference and 3rd General Assembly of the CoVE – SHOREWINNER project in Greece

On the 11th and 12th of May, two events took place at the Mediterranean Hotel, in Rhodes, Greece, held in a hybrid format, which brought together participants in person and online, integrated in the SHOREWINNER- Erasmus+ project and organized by the University of Aegean (UAEGEAN), in which EPATV was present, as foreseen in the application.

The first day was dedicated to the thematic conference “Shaping the Offshore Renewable Energy Skills Ecosystem: Insights, Curricula and Impact”, focused on the development of skills for the offshore renewable energy sector. Organized in three thematic sessions composed of different panel discussions, the conference addressed topics such as qualification needs in the offshore sector, career opportunities, vocational training curricula, reskilling and skills update strategies, the role of Centers of Vocacional Excellence (CoVEs) in preparing professionals for the future challenges of the industry,  as well as issues related to micro-credentials, international mobility, worker welfare in an offshore context and safety culture in the sector.

The 12th was dedicated exclusively to the partnership, within the scope of the 3rd General Assembly of the project, during which the consortium was updated on the progress of the activities developed so far and discussed the next steps to be implemented. In this context, the project coordinator, Teresa Nogueira, as well as the other leaders and co-leaders of the different work packages, presented the results achieved over the last two years and the main developments planned for the next phase. Among the next actions are the implementation of training curricula and the promotion of mobilities for learners, trainers and professionals, in the field of action of the different work packages.

The event was an important opportunity to share experiences and good practices between European partners, industry experts and vocational education and training institutions, promoted the debate around the challenges and future needs of the offshore renewable energy sector and strengthened the cooperation ties of the SHOREWINNER consortium for the next crucial phases of the project.Thematic Conference and 3rd General Assembly of the CoVE – SHOREWINNER project in Greece
